When moving, it is sometimes a challenge to keep everything in order, so we've assembled a list of frequently asked questions to help you along the way. If, after looking at the FAQ's below you still have questions, please feel free to contact us.

Q:   What are the office hours?
A:    Monday - Friday: 9:00am to 4:00pm

Q:   How long is the term for a signed lease?
A:    A lease is for one year, with option to renew.  We also have a corporate housing program.

Q:   Can residents pay online?
A:   Absolutely! Just click here.

Q:    Do I need renter's insurance?
A:  
   Yes- we do require it. Before you move in, it is important for you to obtain renters' insurance.  This is a special insurance policy that protects the contents of your apartment from loss or damage due to fire, theft, or other catastrophic events.  A policy of this type is quite affordable.  The premium is calculated based upon the value of your furniture and other personal possessions.

Q:
    Who arranges the utilities?
A:
     Because utilities such as electric, cable, Internet service and telephone service will be placed in your name, it is your responsibility to call and order service before you move in.
