When moving, it is sometimes a challenge to keep everything in order, so we've assembled a list of frequently asked questions to help you along the way. If, after looking at the FAQ's below you still have questions, please feel free to contact us.

Q:   What are the office hours?
A:    Monday - Friday: 9:00am to 5:00pm

Q:   How long is the term for a signed lease?
A:    A lease is for one year, with option to renew.  We also have a corporate housing program.

Q:   Can residents pay online?
A:   Absolutely! Just click here.

Q:    Do I need renter's insurance?
A:  
   While it is not needed, it is recommended.  Before you move in, it is important for you to obtain renters' insurance.  This is a special insurance policy that protects the contents of your apartment from loss or damage due to fire, theft, or other catastrophic events.  A policy of this type is quite affordable.  The premium is calculated based upon the value of your furniture and other personal possessions.

    Who arranges the utilities?
A:
     Because utilities such as gas, electric, cable, Internet service and telephone service will be placed in your name, it is your responsibility to call and order service before you move in.

    What about laundry?
A:    There are laundry facilities on premises.
